Lectures and Panel Discussions
The Foundation hosts regular academic lectures, presentations and panel discussions by local and visiting industry experts relating to Caymanian culture and heritage, and the wider visual, literary and performing arts. Past distinguished lecturers have included Derek Walcott, Rex Nettleford, Earl Lovelace, Roy J. Bodden, Henry Muttoo, MBE, Bendel Hydes, and many others. Creative Team Building Workshops
The Foundation offers specialised packages designed to enrich your workplace environment and provide a unique opportunity for your team to experience engaging cultural activities. These activities are not only educational and enjoyable, but also serve to strengthen team bonds, improve communication, and inspire new levels of collaboration and teamwork within your department.

Traditional Quadrille Dance Classes:
Explore the traditional dance of the Cayman Islands. These fun and interactive classes not only teach the art of Quadrille, but also promote teamwork and co-ordination among colleagues.
Thatch Making Retreats:
Enjoy a hands-on retreat where your team can learn the traditional craft of thatch-making. This immersive experience fosters creativity and encourages collaboration, helping your team work together more effectively.
Miss Lassie’s Intuitive Art:
Visit the Foundation’s Mind’s Eye Centre for a tour of the historic cottage, accompanied by a team workshop that explores the concept of ‘intuitive’ art, in addition to elements of built Caymanian heritage. The workshop includes an interactive visual arts component.
