Freedom of information

As a Cayman Islands Government statutory authority, the Cayman National Cultural Foundation (CNCF) is committed to openness, transparency and providing public access to recorded information in accordance with the Freedom of Information Act (2021 Revision), subject to the exemptions set out in the Act.

Making a Freedom of Information Request

Anyone may make a Freedom of Information (FOI) request. Requests must be made in writing, including by email, and should provide sufficient detail to enable CNCF to identify the records being requested. Please include your name and a postal or email address for correspondence.
