Celem Deegan is a young photographer and film professional who is producing a four-episode

 mini-documentary series titled “The Return of Fair Weather”. The docu-series chronicles the history, journey, and restoration of the last Cayman Schooner. This project is very relevant and important to the preservation of Cayman’s seafaring heritage and history and gives young Caymanians a tangible cultural resource.
