Antonia Mena-Hebbert formally known as ‘Madam Nirosa’ is a Caymanian musician and artist, who grew up in Cayman Brac. Since childhood, she was always involved in performing arts through many community events, clubs, competitions, a choir, a dance group, etc., and always expressed a strong passion for it.

Through the GFA programme, CNCF has supported her music production project called, “Caribbean Tea”. This project is a collection of original singles that comment on the social topics of our islands.
